Not correct. C shows time a 11:59 but system has no way of determining it to be PM, needs to be in 24 hour clock not 12 hour. D - is correct

I think the answer is A. Periodic. Outbound. 24 hour clock. !--- Defines the periodic times. periodic days-of-the-week hh:mm to [days-of-the-week] hh:mm !--- Or, defines the absolute times. absolute [start time date] [end time date]

The correct answer is B. D is wrong because it's absolute and we need periodic. A is wrong because the ACL specifies UDP for port 80.

B is the right answer

Option C

A - its the only one which applies to outbound traffic

I believe the answer is B. "absolute – specifies a single time period for which the time range is valid; you can specify a beginning time, an ending time, or both periodic – specifies a recurring time period for which the time range is valid"
