UPAAS Scholar places 7th in PH Geologist Licensure Exam

The University of the Philippines Alumni Association (Singapore) is proud to announce that its scholar Christian Pangilinan Jimenez placed 7th at the November 2019 Geologist Licensure Examinations. He garnered a score of 83.8%.

Seven other successful examinees from the UP National Institute of Geological Sciences made it to the top 10 including topnotcher Dwayne Joshua Pineda Rafael (85.4%); Armani Yula Verdadero Estanislao (2^nd place, 85.2%); Marco Alfredo Josol Barrientos, (3^rd place, 84.9%); Daryl Louis Lim Tiangco (4^th place, 84.4%); Jan Cedric Guerrero Sisracon (5^th place, 84.3%); Jose Santiago Armildez Feril (6^th place, 84.2%); ; and Jaime Marie Loise Casem Tan (9^th place, 83.6%).

Of the 473 examinees, only 262 passed the licensure examinations or a national passing rate of 55.39 percent. UP Diliman registered a passing rate of 96.87%
